Product Availability
If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on backorder, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. On occasion, due to the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally or help you find another item.

Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond or select bridal pieces, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are lengthy, detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at a highly-respected diamond laboratory – making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.

Ring Size
We will properly size your ring for you before we ship it. Select rings are not resizable. Should you have problems determining your ring size, sign up for Bella True Rewards and we will send you a complimentary finger gauge.

In compliance with FTC regulations, total carat weight of gemstones (including diamonds) in all BellaTrue pre-set jewelry may vary 0.05 carats from the stated weight on the website. At Bella True, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, applicable to the agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Tennessee, without resort to its conflict of law provisions.
