I misplaced my packing slip/return label. What should I do?

When will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed within 30 days after we receive your returned item(s).
How can I check on the status of a return?

Why is my refund not on my credit/debit card statement?
Your refund will only appear on the statement of the method of payment that was used to place your original purchase, and only after the standard refund processing time of 30 days after receipt of your return. Should you need to return merchandise for any reason, you will receive full credit for your merchandise, under the following conditions as outlined below.
Special orders or customized items may not be returned or exchanged, at any time, and without exception.
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. No returns will be allowed and all sales are final after the 30-day return period. THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ON SALES THAT ARE FINAL.
Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within one year of receipt of the product.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the original diamond certificate (if delivered with your original order). If your return item was originally delivered with a diamond certificate and you do not return that certificate, you may be charged a $250 replacement fee.
Additionally, all returns must include a completed Packing Slip and Return Merchandise Form, which was included with your shipping invoice. Returns made without this form or a copy of the original invoice may be charged a service fee of $10.00, or we may return the items to you at your expense.All return items must have a Return Merchandise Code entered on the return label. Customers returning items must call 1-866-800-6480 to request a Return Merchandise Code. No item will be returned without an authorized Return Merchandise Code.
All return items must be securely packaged, insured and shipped, with the required accompanying documentation, via US Postal Service Registered Mail, with a return request receipt for confirmation that a member of the BellaTrue.com Customer Service Team receives your shipment. Please note that BellaTrue.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Returns should be addressed and shipped to:

Additional policies to note:
• A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.
• Bella True cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if any of the procedures, as listed above, are not followed.
• Shipping and gift-wrap costs are not refundable on return orders - without exception.
• Thank you for adhering to these policies. Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt and acceptance.
