Will you create a custom piece of jewelry for me?
We do not have custom jewelry creation at this time. However, we are exploring options to add this feature in the near future and will let you know when it becomes available.

I like a piece of your jewelry, but would like one small change. Is this possible?
We are unable to make modifications of any type to our jewelry at this time.

Can I return my order if I can’t find my certificate or appraisal?
You may make a return without your certificate or appraisal, but a certificate/appraisal replacement charge may apply.

Will I be charged sales tax?
You will be charged sales tax on the items you purchase if shipped to Tennessee. Items paid for with Bella Bucks will be subject to the amount of sales tax charged in the state of Tennessee, if that is the state to which your order is shipped. Under current law, you are responsible for any reporting to the applicable tax authorities for any purchases made outside the state where you live.

Do you offer ring sizing?
We do offer ring sizing in most cases. Some rings cannot be sized at all and others may have a range of sizes that are available. Because we want your ring to fit correctly, we offer complimentary finger gauges when customers sign up for Bella True Rewards. All Bella True rings that are sizable will be sized before shipped, based on the size you select. In most cases, you can purchase the ring in a size up two or down two from the base size, including half sizes. For example, if a ring has a base size of 7, you can order that ring in a 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, or 9.5. Not all rings will be sized by this standard, and available ring sizing options will be found on the ring's product page.

I read that an item is out of stock; will you be getting more?
If an item indicates that it is temporarily out of stock, it is likely that we will be restocking it in the near future. If an item is labeled as overstock or no longer available, then we will no longer carry that item once our inventory is depleted.

I live outside the United States; can I still buy from you?
At this time, we do not accept international orders. However, this feature is coming in the future, so check back soon.

Am I liable for my jewelry while it is being shipped?
You are not liable for jewelry that is being shipped to you from BellaTrue.com. If you ship jewelry to BellaTrue.com for service, return, or exchange, you must follow the procedures listed here to avoid liability.

We love surprises and are happy to work with you to make your gift-giving experience memorable. Our first recommendation would be for you to have the gift you select delivered to a safe, alternate address.

Special orders cannot be canceled or returned for credit or exchange, without exception. We encourage you to keep that in mind when placing your order.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You will have the opportunity to enter any discount or promotional codes during the checkout/order completion process.

When will I be billed for my order?
If paying with a debit card or bank check card, funds will be deducted immediately after your order is placed.
Credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped.

Shipping

How will my order be delivered?
Your ring will be delivered through FedEx ground if you do not live on a military base. If you do live on a military base, your order will be sent via USPS.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. Check your tracking code to see when your order will arrive. Most orders will arrive within a week from the date of purchase.

What are the shipping prices per order?
Please view the payment and shipping options page for pricing information. Our shipping costs start at nothing and go up for premium shipping services. FedEx ground shipping is always $2.99.

Will FedEx or USPS leave my package if no one is there to sign for it?
No. A signature is required to accept any BellaTrue.com shipment.

Can I ship my order to an international location?
We cannot currently ship an order internationally. We plan to offer international shipping shortly, so check back soon for this great feature.
